Job Summary
The Stores Officer will be responsible for managing inventory and stock control across multiple C Care IMC branches. The role ensures proper receipt, storage, distribution, and tracking of medical and non-medical supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting uninterrupted healthcare service delivery.
Job Details
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming supplies across assigned branches
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all locations
- Coordinate stock distribution between branches to ensure availability.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering.
- Conduct regular and periodic stock counts across all branches
- Investigate and reconcile stock variances.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, especially for medical supplies.
- Work closely with procurement and finance teams.
- Prepare inventory reports and submit to management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and internal policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in stores keeping or inventory management.
- Experience managing stock across multiple locations is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory systems (ERP or stock management software).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
