Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Studies / Information Systems or any related field.
1-3 years’ experience for Systems Support Engineer
Good knowledge of computer systems, mobiles and other technology
Ability to install Windows, Linux Operating Systems and 3rd party software
Knowledge of networking concepts
Ability to install and upgrade antivirus
Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to learn and work on changing technologies
Good communication and customer service skills.
