Key roles and responsibilities

Manage:

  • Collaborate with the CXC core supervisor and Depots/Plants to set-up & maintain inter-related system platforms and master data maintained in SAP system and used as export into planning system
  • Review Master Data – Business descriptions – Process Mapping – Service Level Management – Routing Planning and tracking SLA’s – High Volume etc
  • WinRoute road-network database maintenance on correct speeds for data from Maps.
  • Effective utilisation of planning systems, creating daily distribution load plans Scheduling distribution load plans for multiple depots within prescribed time frame.
  • Assess daily out-of-standard Customer and Depot requests and set up meetings and Action logs to address the inefficiencies.
  • Load plan execution performance at an operational level and constructively feedback to drive improvement.
  • Acts as a secondary planner in the absence of a primary planner.
  • Reporting delivered on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to internal customers Effective peak and public holiday operations
  • Resources for Planning for the BU.
  • Today loads
  • Core Project Work
  • Relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Change management and process enhancement seamlessly
  • CXC Integration to ensure targets are met and actions are taken
  • MCRS
  • KPI reporting, RCAI & improvement plan.

Profile:

• Qualifications required

• Min. of B.Sc./ B.Tech/HND in a related field

• Years of relevant experience

• 2 Years experience in logistics and supply chain function

• Traits and competencies required

• Computer Literate

• MS Office

• Strong work ethic: Setting and achieving goals
