Job description

A successful candidate will have the following:

FH seeks an experienced Talent and Culture (T&C) Coordinator responsible for the primary administration of International T&C services, including international payroll, pension, benefits, data and information accuracy, and professional service-oriented support for expatriate and international staff to ensure a positive and healthy employment relationship. The qualified T&C Coordinator will have 4 years of experience in HR. The top candidate will also have a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or relevant field.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, systems, and documentation.
  • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures, frameworks, and practices to determine appropriate action.

What you’ll do…

As the T&C Coordinator, some of the responsibilities are:

International Payroll and Pension Administration

  • Responsible for monthly processing of FH International payroll.
  • Responsible for monthly pension processing and benefit administration.

Expatriate and International Staff Benefits Administration

  • Responsible for international health & life insurance and disability insurance benefits administration, including billing requests and invoice reconciliation.
  • Responsible for benefit reimbursements and third-party payment administration.
  • Responsible for ensuring contexts and varied legal employer benefit provisions are applied and administered appropriately per contracts and FH policy.

Employment Lifecycle Processes

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining all expatriate and international staff payroll records.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of non-US GSC employees, leave records in collaboration with the Regional Human Resource Managers, and prepare annual reports.
  • Supports country office use of HRIS / leave tracking systems as a global administrator, troubleshooting and ensuring system updates and data integrity is maintained.
