- ∙ Knowledge of Partnership relationship management for growth of new business/product offering
- ∙ Knowledge of marketing and sourcing new clients and quality partnership with the Mkobo’s products.
- ∙ Knowledge of direct Sales and Marketing.
- ∙ Sound knowledge of financial products and services.
- ∙ Strong Stakeholder Management and team player.
- ∙ Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
- ∙ Knowledge of relationship building and customer management.

Qualification and Experience
- ∙ BA/BS degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
- ∙ Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- ∙ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth objectives.
- ∙ In-depth knowledge of Fintech and financial services industry.
- ∙ Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- ∙ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- ∙ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- ∙ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ∙ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and with a strong work ethic
