3. ∙ Knowledge of direct Sales and Marketing.

6. ∙ Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
7. ∙ Knowledge of relationship building and customer management.
8. ∙ Self-Starter and ability to work independently

 Qualification and Experience

1. ∙ BA/BS degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
2. ∙ Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
3. ∙ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth objectives.
4. ∙ In-depth knowledge of Fintech and financial services industry.
5. ∙ Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
6. ∙ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7. ∙ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
8. ∙ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. ∙ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and with a strong work ethic
