The primary focus of this role is to retain and grow transactional banking wallet share through identifying cross-selling opportunities by supporting client relationship teams across the segments in Business and Commercial Banking.
- Supporting relationship teams with fulfilment of identified sales opportunities
- Handling of product related queries
- Work closely with online banking enterprise team to increase wallet share
- Analyse portfolios and identify cross selling opportunities
- Product penetration check and maximisation of cross-selling opportunities for newly onboarded clients
- Joint client visits with relationships teams
- Constant collaboration with other product houses
- Pipeline management for both existing-to-bank and new-to-bank transactional banking opportunities
- Product Matrix view-Monthly (Agric and Mid-Corp clients)
- Transactional Banking Sales Report- Monthly. Includes wins, cross selling opportunities, Product Matrix
- Execution and tracking of transactional banking campaigns
- Provision of monthly updates on projects and product enhancements in pipeline
- Collection of fees for manually billed clients for products such as CIT and concessioned services
