Minimum requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related subject including communications, environmental studies, Industrial psychology, political science, development studies required or equivalent.
- At least 2-5 years of demonstrated experience of facilitating team retreats, individual or group coaching,
- Experience of working in Zambia.
- Legal entity/consortium of legal entities required.
- Strong planning and Organizing skills
- Allocates the appropriate amount of time and resources for completing work
- Uses time efficiently
- Monitors and adjusts plans and actions as necessary
- Must be Creative and offer innovative and different solutions to solve problems or issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear report.
