• Successful candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevator and lift system machine and controls; also analyze and troubleshoot controls using electrical and electronic schematic diagrams.

Duties

• Carry out troubleshooting of controls and mechanical problems of elevator and its machine room.
• Carry out housekeeping and inspection of control panels and control switches of elevator and lift systems.
• Responsible for trouble shooting and replacement of defective parts of control panel.
• Provide material specifications and material quantity estimate.
• Coordinate with the Supervisor regarding the efficient maintenance and operation of all equipment and in the preparation of all reports.
• Reassure the compliance of all activities in the projects with the Quality Improvement department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc. or its equivalent in relevant courses.
• 5 – 10 years of proven work experience as an Elevator Field Officer.
• Flexible to work with different products, suppliers, and present different solutions.
• Able to work cross-functionally with different divisions.
