The Client Service Executive will:
- Ensure that day-to-day contact is kept assiduously With the client.
- Effectively manage campaigns.
- Gather information from online and offline platforms to observe, report the activities Of competing brands and recommend corresponding action points for in-house accounts in ways beneficial to both the client and agency.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, that necessary client approvals are sought at each stage Of the campaign.
- Ensure that all brand books, progress reports. contact reports. job requisitions, creative briefs, media briefs and budget control documentation is prepared and maintained.
- Guarantee that all invoices and vouchers (client and suppliers) are checked and executed thoroughly and for profit; close all receivables to ensure little or no outstanding client debts, rnonthly.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate of Mass Communication, or any other related course.
- 2 – 4 years in Account Management Preferably in an advertising agency.
- Proficient in the use Of MS Office tools.

- Knowledge Of budgeting and costing.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
