Conduct training in Instrumentation at artisan level, technician level and short courses in order to meet the skilled manpower requirements of KCM and external clients.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain discipline among trainees in order to enhance learning and inculcate good working attitude Conduct formative & summative assessments in order to monitor progress and certify trainee competence.
• Plan & implement training programs in order to ensure the delivery of quality training.
• Conduct theory & practical lessons in accordance with KCM & TEVETA standards in order to ensure the transfer of knowledge and skills to trainees.
• Implement SHEQ policies in order to promote safety, health and risk awareness among trainees and instructors and the maintenance of a good environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 school certificate
• Diploma in Instrumentation
• 5 years’ working experience
Training/Teaching Qualification
• Good oral & written skills.
