International Institute of Rural Reconstruction, also known as IIRR is a non-profit organization that helps empower rural communities by making them self-sufficient.  By offering programs across health, education, environment, and livelihood, its goal is to have rural communities take charge of their own success. Job requirement

Education Experience: BA/MA/BSC/MSC and above in Agriculture, Animal Production, Agriculture, Business Management, Economics, Agricultural economics, Business Administration, Development studies and closely related fields

Minimum qualification :A minimum of 12 years experience for BA and eight years for MA, with a minimum of 6 years in managerial position of development programs and projects
