Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the printing company.
• Collaborate with the management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
2. Content Creation:
• Create and curate engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Ensure content is aligned with the company’s brand and messaging.
3. Social Media Management:
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
• Create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
4. Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Collaborate with graphic designers for the creation of promotional materials.
5. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential
opportunities.
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine marketing strategies.
6. Event Coordination:
• Organize and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and
community activities.
• Ensure effective representation of the company’s brand at events.
7. Collaboration with Sales:
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Provide marketing support for sales initiatives and promotions.
8. Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics and make recommendations for
improvement.
9. Customer Relations:
• Maintain positive relationships with existing clients through effective communication.
• Gather and leverage customer testimonials and feedback for marketing
purposes.

Profile of the Marketing Coordinator:
• Education and Experience: A Diploma in marketing, business, or a related field, with relevant experience in marketing coordination.
• Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey messages effectively.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and production.
• Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes in marketing trends and industry dynamics.

2-3years minimum of experience
