Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Onboard new employees, facilitating orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
• Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance reviews, and professional development activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the administration of benefits, payroll processes, and employee leave management.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR and administrative-related issues, fostering a positive work environment.
• Stay informed about relevant employment laws and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ZIHRM Certificate
• Prior experience in HR or related administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
