To build a category in terms of marketing, research and development, sales, revenue, and profitability.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop long term strategic plan for the category.
- Make sales forecast analysis.
- Develop 360º innovative marketing category program based on the overall strategy to grow the category.
- Conduct research and development.
- Develop the appropriate communication strategy based on the marketing mix element
- Analyze market trends including competitors.
- Make impact assessment (pre and post) audits after implementation on strategies.
- Setting KPI that are goal-oriented in terms of volume, budget, and others.
- Manage people on different aspects in line with the company strategy including personal development.
- Follow up on implementation of action plans.
- Monitor execution of the strategy is as intended.
- Plan and monitor budget and strategy.
- Innovate and renovate brands.
- Follow-up employee’s attendance and report to Human Resource department.
- Arrange and lead the monthly department team meeting and share points raised to concerned individuals and departments.
- Attend weekly and monthly regular management meetings and share the information to his/her team.
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring subordinates while providing ongoing instruction and support.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings for subordinates and give feedback on their current performance.
- Follow-up the performance of staffs constantly and conduct Mid-year and Annual Performance Review for his/her subordinates.
- Facilitate and maintain effective communication of achievements, plans, expectations and goals of the company to his/her team.
- Identify the manpower requirement for his/her department and attend departmental recruitment and selection process.
- Identify the skill gaps or training and development needs for his/her team and report to HR.
- Ensure the ISO standard implementation in the company.
- Implementing quality and food safety objectives and clearing non-conformity reported following audits.
- Managing tasks in compliance to the system including infrastructure requirements.
- Communicating new procedures, policies, formats, work instructions and for any changes of raw material, process and product related to QFST and verifying records.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
MA/BA in Marketing, Business Management or related filed
At least 8 years of relevant experience with Creative Agency background, Premium Brand Management, Marketing and Trade Marketing.
Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
