Tire World Ltd is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join the team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing relations with clients, generating leads, conducting training sessions for the sales team, and providing support to the sales team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales with the ability to generate and convert leads
• Experience in developing and conducting training sessions for a sales team
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
• Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
• Knowledge of the tire industry is an added advantage
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Swahili
