Overall responsible for all consumer facing brand strategy and execution. You will work on designing and executing integrated omnichannel brand plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
Consumer led Strategies.
- Brand strategic plans: Develop business and brand plans that drive overall business objectives.
- Communication and digital strategies: Oversee creation and amplification of Integrated Marketing campaigns in the region.
- Consumer-Centric Strategy: Serve as the advocate for our consumers, crafting communication and strategies rooted in robust consumer insights.
- Consumer Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in understanding our consumers and effectively translate this understanding across all levels of our organization.
Brand Operations
- Agency Management: Lead and manage agency partnerships to deliver impactful holistic campaigns, digital activations, and social media community management.
- Budget Management: Implement rigorous budget management practices, making data-driven recommendations aligned with our brand’s strategic priorities.
- Annual Calendar: Develop and execute the brand’s annual calendar, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market trends.
- Reporting and Metrics: Prepare and disseminate marketing reports, providing clear and insightful brand health metrics and share tracking to evaluate performance.
Brand Building Execution
- Omnichannel Strategy: Implement and execute the brand’s omnichannel strategy, maximizing our presence across various platforms and touchpoints.
- Strategic Contribution: Play a vital role in the brand strategy’s annual cycle and planning, helping shape the brand’s direction.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the design and execution of brand campaigns and activations, ensuring they resonate with our target audience.
- Internal Brand Advocacy: Foster a sense of brand ownership, pride in company and engagement within our employees. Bringing the brand to life in a way that connects.

Requirements
Academic Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
Skill Qualifications
- Proven track record with 5+ years of brand management experience, demonstrating a successful history of driving brand growth.
- Previous experience with Global FMCG / CPG companies preferred
