Essential Function
- Analyses the existing property management systems and validates periodically to be on the right track on property management;
- Initiates and collaborates with the Division Manager on having appropriate policies and procedures of property management;
- Plans, organizes, coordinates and directs property management systems of the Bank;
- Designs appropriate systems of property management and implements properly;
- Enables (continually coaches and trains) the relevant own staff to properly handle the daily routines in property management;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- BA/MBA/MA in Purchasing and Supplies, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields with 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position.
