Position Purpose:
The Ideal candidate will handle the following activities but lont limited to:
- Follow up International Assignee related activities such as visa, work permit, residence ID, housing, bank account creation and related processes in collaboration with the assigned agency.
- Handle all employees’ insurance matter such timely insuring, renewing employee, notify accident, claim damage.
- Execute wellness program in the company and follow up proper implementations across business entities.
- Act as Purchase request creator of the function.
- Support the Payroll manager and the Compensation & Benefit manager up on request.
- Any other Duties related to Compensation & Benefit that is requested by Management.
Required Qualifications Skills & Expereicne:
- BA Degree in Accounting or Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related filed.
- Confident English and Amaric communications skill both Writing and Speaking
- MS Excel and Powerpoint expert skills,
- Attention to detial,
- Meeting deadlines
