Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and coach others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
