RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential customers and develop sales and marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budget
- Preparation of sales targets and daily/weekly/monthly follow up of sales activities and predetermined sales targets
- Develop, manage and structure the sales and marketing department as per the goal of the company.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies to expand client base
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and Go-to-Market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Maintain records of customer details / sales visits in the Orient.
- Partner with email, performance marketing and Web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to the needs of clients in a manner that adds value to the company’s bottom line.
- Prepare documentation from the client and hand it to the operation team
- Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments after operation is completed.
- Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
- Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.

- Follow and control collections

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: BA/MA degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, and Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
Experience: Graduate BA degree and minimum of 4 years and MA degree 2 years with full-time work in Logistics Company directly experience in marketing and logistics position.
Knowledge, Skills, Competence:
- Freight Forwarding, Logistics /Transportation, industry experience and Knowledge of areas in logistics, transportation and warehousing mandatory is a Mandatory
A can-do attitude with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with different personality types;
Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point applications;
Customer oriented, flexible approach and the ability to foster and encourage this in others,
Solution focused with the ability to work quickly, accurately, timeliness, attentions to detail and flexibly in changing circumstance
