Job description

We are seeking a Product Manager to optimize our product development process and enhance our customer support experience. This role involves facilitating agile methodologies, managing task workflows, and coordinating with the customer support team to ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Process Facilitation:

Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).

Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Task Management:

Manage the task management tool (Linear) to optimize workflow.

Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion.

Provide visibility into project status.

Technical Support Coordination:

Collaborate with the customer support team to understand technical issues.

Prioritize and escalate technical issues to the engineering team.

Track issue resolution and identify patterns for improvement.

Content Creation:

Develop and maintain FAQs, user guides, and demo videos.

Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.

Customer Feedback:

Monitor customer feedback through NPS and CSAT surveys.

Analyze customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or a related field
  • Certified Scrum Master with experience
  • 2+ years of experience in product management.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Passion for user experience, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
