Job description

The successful candidate will join our team as a Manager for IT Project Management Office in the Network Department. (S)He will report to the Director, PMO and will be responsible for growing company profit by implementing AT corporate strategies and achieving the following designed goals. These include defining scope, schedules and costs for IT projects, accomplishing IT project delivery with quality on a fixed time and budget and tracking IT project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Define IT project objectives, scopes and schedules.

Developing and maintaining IT detailed project plans and controls

Co-ordinate stakeholders, including external suppliers, and working groups engaged in IT project work.

Identify cross-functional blocking points and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and service delivery goals.

Monitor and report IT projects progress, risks and performances.

Adhere to AT PM Policies, procedures and methodologies.

Manage, control and execute CAPEX for IT Projects

Required Qualification and Experience

Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer science or engineering or

Bachelor of Science Degree in electronics and telecommunication Engineering

At least 6 years’ experience in Telecommunication Industry

Proven project management experience

PMP certification would be an added advantage.
