QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least a Diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Biological Sciences, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food, chemical, or clothing and textile industries.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO certifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, the successful candidate will:

• Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure products meet established standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and ensure consistent quality.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
• Train and guide staff on quality control processes and best practices.
