Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: 

• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, including safety protocols and performance standards.
• Manage relationships with contractors, including performance monitoring and safety issue resolution.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure contractors are meeting safety requirements.
• Identify and mitigate safety-related risks, including non-compliance, accidents, and injuries.
• Continuously review and improve safety processes for contractors, including safety templates, workflows, and reporting.
• Supervise and recommend safety training for all contractors.

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree in Health and Safety or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management in Health and Safety or a related field
• Experience with safety management systems and software will be an added advantage
• Experience in contract negotiation, review, and administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Clean Class B or C manual Driver’s licence
