JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE.
Monitoring and Developing sourcing strategies of milk procurement.
Coordinating with vendors and negotiating contracts.
Analysing costs, managing logistics system to ensure timely milk delivery.
Plans and implements ways to reduce procurement costs.
Implements and enforces systems.
Implementing productivity standards and resolving operational problems.
Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff, organizing, monitoring work processes and conducting training.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
Ensuring that operations are completed by developing schedules, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
Ensuring timely communication and prompt resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise.
Hygiene, HACCP, ISO9001:2015 and FGSM knowledge is a must.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Technology, Food and Production Management, Food Technology or any related field. (5-10 years’ Experience)
