• Able to work independently.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
• Fuelling diesel and petrol for employees
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies
• Daily checklist and ensure issue slips are in order
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels, maintain inventory control and housekeeping.
• Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization
• Coordinate the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.
• Two years’ experience and above
• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
