Reporting to the Head – Retail Banking, the job holder will be responsible for managing the operations and assets at the Branch, providing quality banking and financial services to individuals, small and medium entrepreneurs as well as corporate customers in order to ensure smooth operations thus achieving profit and growth targets of the Branch.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE Equivalent
• Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or Business Administration or ACCA/CIMA or degree in any relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of Five Years (5) years of relevant experience at Supervisor level
Skills Required to Undertake the Role
• Managerial, Planning and organisation skills.
• Excellent Communication skills both oral and written English
• Decision making
• In-depth knowledge of the liability products and retail banking industry including the applicable regu- lations and guidelines of the Banking Services Act,
• Thorough understanding of the target customer segmentation and alignment of relevant products accordingly.
