AmaliTech Ghana Ltd. is currently looking for dedicated support to our local CSR team with a special focus on Fundraising and Sponsorship to secure the financing of AmaliTech’s social impact activities in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and acquisition of suitable cooperation partners and sponsors at a local level.
- Maintaining communication with existing local cooperation partners.
- Planning and implementation of Sponsoring measures and campaigns as well as individual donor communication at a local level.
- Support of daily CSR-related work processes: assisting with the planning, implementing, and reporting AmaliTech’s social impact events, workshops and training and measuring the consequent impact thereof.
- Research of national (and international) calls for proposals and awards with funding potential and supporting AmaliTech’s Fundraising team with the preparation of the corresponding applications.
- Supporting the organization and coordination of local fundraising events.
Qualification
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant topic such as business management, economics, government, marketing/PR/communication, or environmental science
- 3-5 years experience in sustainable business, communications and/or project management
- Must be up to date with industrial knowledge of sustainability trends
- Recent track record of raising funds for projects
- Strong corporate social networking skills
- Passionate about developing the community-minded side of AmaliTech’s business and raising positive awareness of the organisation’s commitment to sustainable social responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills – verbal and written
- Proficient in using productivity: MS Office or Google Workspace (at least Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
