As a Floor Supervisor at our coffee shop, your role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations within the dining area. You will lead the front-of-house team, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our patrons. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, managing seating arrangements, handling customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to service standards, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for both customers and team members.

• Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years prior experience in similar capacity and should be able to manage a team
Retail Experience is an added advantage
Computer literacy – Proficient in MS Office; with good exposure to MS Excel.
