Monitor Inventory for housekeeping, restaurant, laundry and maintenance (assist the chef in F&B)

Inspection of rooms and reconcile with front office

Process customer complaints patiently

Plan, train, oversee and manage food and beverage members of staff

Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers

Lodge Supervisor Skills and Qualifications

We need a supervisor with the following skills

Sales skills – good sales skills are essential for Lodge  supervisors, who often sell extra Lodge  services and amenities to guests to increase Lodge  profits

Customer service – Lodge  supervisors address customer problems, so customer service skills are highly desired by employers

Personnel management – Lodge  supervisors manage all Lodge  staff members, which requires strong leadership skills and management experience

Communication skills – Lodge  supervisors use excellent verbal communication skills to respond to directions from the Lodge  manager, relay instructions to staff, and interact with Lodge  guests

Time management – because Lodge s work on a shift-based schedule with strict check-in and check-out times, Lodge  supervisors need great time management skills

Attention to detail – Lodge  supervisors inspect all areas of the Lodge  and manage all daily operations in the specified departments, which requires good attention to detail

Computer skills

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of experience as Lodge Supervisor, Front Office Manager or similar role

2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

3. Good  problem-solving skills

4. Team player

5. Good time-management skills

6. Great interpersonal and communication skills

7. High School diploma in hospitality management any other additional qualifications will be a great advantage
