Key Responsibilities
- Plant Administration Management:
- Oversee and manage the entire scope of Plant Administration, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment for all employees and visitors.
- Facility management, canteen operations, and transport logistics:
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of plant facilities, ensuring a conducive working environment.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address facility-related issues promptly
- Supervise canteen operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely service.
- Manage transport logistics for employees, optimizing routes and schedules
- Stakeholder Management and SOP:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and government authorities as required
- Develop and implement standardized administrative SOPs, ensuring consistent and efficient processes.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs and recommend improvements as needed.
- Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 Years of Administration with facility management, canteen operations, and transport logistics experience, Plant Administration experience in Steel/ Manufacturing set up. Africa experience would be an added advantage.
- Graduate / MBA
- Minimum 10 years of experience in plant administration or a related role, with a demonstrated track record of progressive responsibility. Experience working in a Steel/ Mining Sector.
- Strong knowledge of facility management, canteen operations, and transport logistics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in implementing and improving administrative SOPs
