An international company is looking to hire a Motorcycle Delivery Coordinator. You will oversee and facilitate the logistics operations of the company. You will be responsible for coordinating personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.

Your role will mainly require the effective management of deliveries, dispatch riders and their operational activities all across the country, and the logistics database, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics operations
• Evaluate and report on KPIs and operations
• Supervise delivery orders, plans, and processes to ensure they meet client needs
• Plan and track the delivery of products according to customer requirements
• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the logistics operations
• Recruit, train, and manage dispatch riders
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Keep logs and records of all deliveries
• Carry out any other task assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Project Management/Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to supervise multiple processes effectively
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Holder of a Type A Licence
• Ability to ride a motorcycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Budget:

The compensation range is GHS 2,500 –  GHS 3,500 dependent on your experience in an equivalent role. Please note that compensation is subject to Ghana taxes.
