  • The People Operations Associate (Recruitment) is to actively initiate and participate in the selection, development, and retention of SunFi’s employees in line with its values, mission, and vision through assigned responsibilities as well as special projects to ensure individual & team efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Effective implement all assigned people-related initiatives: Recruitment, Retention, Diversity & Inclusion with a high level of execution.
  • Support the Performance Management Lead in planning and coordinating periodic performance management with the collaboration of Managers, PO Manager & COO as a tool for employee, departmental and organizational development and growth by identifying job openings, overworked employees and redundant roles.
  • Support Hiring Managers in the planning and implementation of optimal procedures to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding of required talent(s).
  • Participate in employee engagement and relations in alignment with SunFi values and mission and escalate accordingly as the circumstances arise.
  • Develop plans & implement strategic HR related projects in line with the organizational goals with the direction of the People Operations Manager.
  • Maintain employee records by ensuring the documentation of employees upon onboarding and updating based changes as well as registration on all necessary platforms.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to all employees, guiding them through PO-related processes and career development with strong interpersonal conversations.
  • Ensure smooth & seamless onboarding of new employees by working with Hiring Managers to plan, implement and evaluate onboarding processes in line with the organization’s values and standards.
  • Research and coordinate the employee development plans and enable employees/departments to make the most out of learning opportunities.
  • Support in managing the office by making sure that the building, assets and facilities meet the needs of the team and are suitable and conducive to work in.
  • Engage in inter-departmental weekly/monthly planning meetings to ascertain possible people related needs such as Recruitment, Training, Technology, etc.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND holder
  • Minimum of 3 year of professional experience
  • CIPM/CIPD/PHRi student (with at least a basic knowledge of HR processes)
  • Ability to speak and write English language effectively
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Good usage of Microsoft Office (emphasis on word, excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to use Google suites.
