YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Strengthen Operational Efficiency

Design, implement, and continuously improve internal policies, SOPs, and operational frameworks across all functions to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with Viya Health’s goals.

Oversee day-to-day operations with country counterparts, ensuring smooth continuity and operational alignment with organizational objectives.

Identify and address operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.

Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and risk mitigation; and ensure compliance with company standards

Support ongoing audits (GIA), implement management actions, and monitor compliance with operational standards.

Enhance Sales and Distribution Systems

Collaborate with sales teams to optimize supply chain systems and ensure seamless product distribution across regional markets.

Manage and strengthen distributor agreements to drive market expansion, enhance penetration, and develop key accounts within the region.

Strengthen Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility, and impact.

Contributes to the implementation of ongoing projects and provide necessary operational support.

Represent Viya Health in forums, conferences, and meetings to promote the organization’s mission and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Lead Team Development and Collaboration

Mentor and build capacity within regional and country teams through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leadership priorities.

What You’ll Bring

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or Logistics.
  • A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in operations, sales, or business management within a healthcare context, including at least 3 years in a regional or international role.
  • Impact: Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and delivering measurable results in diverse and emerging markets.
  • Insight: Strong understanding of healthcare systems, and health market dynamics in emerging regions.

  • Strategic and Operational Leadership: Proven ability to design strategies, implement frameworks, and drive operational efficiency to achieve growth and organizational alignment.
  • Stakeholder and Team Management: Strong capacity to build partnerships with sales partners, and sales teams and to foster collaboration and performance.
  • Adaptability and Collaboration: Skilled at navigating diverse cultural contexts and dynamic regional markets while ensuring effective cross-functional alignment.
  • Tech-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using CRM systems, data tools, and technology to optimize processes and inform strategic decisions.
