As a Junior Sales Executive at Ebiashara Africa Ltd, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling our ICT services. You will assist in building and maintaining positive business relationships, reaching out to potential customers through various channels, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the ICT industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Sales Targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
  • Lead Generation: Lead generation efforts through various strategies, including prospecting and cold calling.
  • Sales Activities: Presenting, promoting, and selling ICT products and services to existing and potential customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Aid in developing and maintaining positive business relationships with customers.
  • Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, problems, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Assist in analyzing market potential and providing insights through sales reports and updates.
  • Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales knowledge and performance.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Work Experience: Experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of ICT products and services is an advantage.
  • Professional Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Sales Skills: Motivated and target-driven with a willingness to learn and grow in sales.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and present information.
  • Relationship Management: Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Education: Relevant Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
