Job description

We are looking for a Sales team member to join our fast-growing start-up. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and prospecting new clients, pursuing new sales prospects, and closing deals. If you are passionate about emergency services and have experience in sales, we’d like to meet you. You should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and listening skills, amazing organizational skills to keep track of everything, and the ability to manage conversations with Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers (businesses, insurers, executives, and other commercial partners)
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with all levels of an organization including HR to C-suite executives
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and build a leads pipeline of key decision-makers through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Manage a sale from start to finish – deliver compelling presentations, prepare proposals, and send out quotes
  • Represent the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Input customers into the CRM system and measure against the achievement of the required meeting rate and results generated
  • Keep on top of best practices, healthcare industry trends, and news
  • Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate sales and/or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Fast learner
  • Passion for healthcare and emergency services
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Medical background is a huge plus
