Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Be the lead person to support the StartHub Clubs across 10 universities to develop meaningful activities for their club members and student community.
Support the student leadership team across the 10 universities in personal development
Lead recruitment of student leaders and club members
Organize bi-annual campus director and club retreats
Develop guiding documents to standardize our operations at the clubs
Organize events
Conduct entrepreneurship trainings at the universities
Analyse data
Skills and experience:
Very social personality, in person and on social media
Very good at connecting with people
Strong at developing and bringing in new ideas
Thrives at taking over responsibilities and working with minimal supervision
Experience in conducting trainings, preferably entrepreneurship.
Added Advantage: Experience in building student clubs at Universities in East-Africa / was an active member of a student club like AISEC and others
