Requirements
- A high-performing junior candidate—sharp, curious, and precise in execution.
- Master’s degree in environmental science, economics, law, sustainability, international development, natural resource management, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of work experience, ideally with exposure to research, field operations, or environmental initiatives.
- Strong grasp of scientific reasoning and methodology, with the ability to apply it in real-world contexts.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication (both written and spoken).
- Genuine motivation to build a career in sustainability and environmental markets.
- Someone who “gets it”, you have strong common sense, you’re resourceful, and you remain calm under pressure.
- Based in the Netherlands and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
